Oil temps are going to mirror that...it's normal.

The only thing that really pisses me off about the Z is that Nissan installed factory donut oil coolers on the 3.5L VQ35DE, but not on the high performance VQ37VHR. My 2007 Altima 3.5SE 6MT NEVER NEVER saw oil temps in excess of 240deg...no matter how hard I drove it. Even though the car didn't have an oil temp gauge, it did have a factory oil temp sensor and I monitored that frequently with my Autoenginuity OBD-II scanner.

Just doesn't make sense to me.
