faint noise when i press gas pedal

i hear whats sounds like a faint whine or almost a eletrical type high pitch sound from the passenger front side of the car or atleast from what i can tell. now i seen some post of the t3rd trying to claim his lemon law jumbo ect. but i didnt see any post about it only happening when the gas pedal is pressed. if i ever so slightly press the gas i can hear the noise if i let off it goes away. was this something other experienced or have i discovered something different?
