viscous Limited Slip VS. Another Type

What's the general thought on the Nissan viscous limited slip over the other types of limited slips available? Would the nissan viscous be your first choice, or would you choose a different one if you had the option?

O.S. GIKEN SUPER LOCK LSD (NS111-HA for M/T). 24 plate clutch type locker, never requires a rebuild!?

OS Giken or Wavetrack. Stock viscous is not that great. Works for 95% of the people that buy a Z, but will give out quickly on track or even hard backroads driving.

My guess is this will probably be what goes out on me first. From what I understand, changing the Diff oil will not make it last longer either. Only thing I'm aware of that will help is the $1300 diff cooling kit. For that price, may as drive to failure then go straight to something good!
