There isn't a solution for normal. Both your engines sound fine and perfectly normal. These things are noisy... just have to get used to them.

When I go very slowly while in 1st and I depress the clutch to neutral, there would be a big "thud" sound like something is lose. WTF is that ?? is that normal ?? Need help guys, please comment |

Very normal. There is slack in the drive train, so when you go from a loaded state to an unload state as you describe, you will get that sound as there is a "shock" to the system. It's totally normal.
