2nd Gear Issue... Need Help

Without really driving your car myself i couldnt tell you for sure but i notice at higher rpm you can shift into 2nd and let out the clutch faster.. lower

Your car is most likely fine. 60 miles is nothing and i wouldnt worry about it.
