Clearbra on top of touch up paint?

Hey guys, I have about 3 very small nicks on my hood along with a couple small ones on my fenders. Would it be ok if I touched those areas up and then applied a clearbra? Or would that cause issues? My bumper doesn't have any chips, so it wouldn't be an issue there.
