If it's 5W-30 API SM certified you're good to go.

That's what I just used in mine. I'm a big Valvoline fan. They have an engine warranty if you use it continuously...I may actually try to take them up on that.

ANY API certified oil (5W 30) will work for the Z. Go for it.
