OS Giken LSD
I just ordered mine and will give everyone a review whenever I get more information to do so. It will take a little bit of time before I can give an AutoX review, 1/4 mile review, etc. but I will try very hard to do so ! Sharif@Forged should be getting one too, from what I hear, and he has a lot more track experience than I and should be able to give a good review of his driving impressions as well ! Thanks to Z1performance for the great price

Yeah, I thought about waiting and getting some sways, cf aero pieces but I had the opportunity to do it now and since it's the more expensive piece I got it while the money was there. |

I'm pretty sure I read it's the same as the Carbonetics 1.5 one only clutch type (i don't get what that is really) and needs to be serviced with fluids less than Carbonetics..

Yeah OS Giken has never had to service one of their Differentials and there is no break in period with these. They are beast ! Also they are like the carbonetic as far as low intrusion for daily driving and very little clicking issues when making tight slow turns. This to me was the best option and I looked at almost all of the !

Also yes it is a 1.5 way but I'm not positive if they make 2 way or not. It's also 100% lock and I'm not sure if its adjustable but I'm going to guess no..I honestly can't wait. Also the other difference between this and the carbon disc LSD is the much less frequent maintenance.

I'm very curious as to how this will work in a base model. I am wanting to do this too, but was unsure of exactly what was needed to make it work. Do you know if you are going to have to change out the stock pumpkin also?

NOPE, it drops right into the stock pumpkin. I did purchase new bearings and seals with it though ! The OS Giken is meant for models without factory LSD so if you already have the VLSD in your car it might be cheaper to look elsewhere.
