It depends on the weight of a V8, V8 does not automatically mean more weight or miss balance.
It might change the left/right weight ratios.

Active Noise Control, which reduces undesirable engine harmonics, providing a quieter cabin

Blind Spot Warning (BSW), which helps alert the driver if another vehicle is detected in the blind spot area

WTF? Sounds like it modifies your RPMs to stray away from resonating speeds. Otherwise I don't know how they'd be able to do something like that

If that's the case then it really wouldn't be ideal for a sports car

Nope, it was developed with Bose using noise-cancelling magic. Think Bose headphones............

Active noise control may just be more sound control pieces around the engine, specifically designed for certain "undesirable" frequencies.
