Every so often I seem to dive into forums and read about fuel additives for those that run flex fuel. I usually have my E between 40 and 70. Its never seen lower than about E34. Been throwing Lucas E treatment every other tank or so because since I don't drive my car much it tends to sit, usually cruise around 1 or 2 times a week. I live in the SW so don't have high humidity.
Some swear nothing is needed but I tent to error on the side of caution with this car since so much money is in it. What are your thoughts on additives for vehicles that run higher E? Lucas, Star Brite Star Tron, Power Plus top lube? Fuel related I have ID 1300s, Aero return system mesh filter, CJM top hat, maxed out walbro 450, JMS Powermax Fuel max Last edited by ZStalker505; 02-19-2025 at 12:16 PM. |
