Default 370z ECU Voltage drops and ecutek

370z got an LSD, shifter bushings, Gauges, Installed on my car. Then a issue came up after it was all completed throwing codes for cam shaft*position and Crankshaft Position Sensor codes. with no CEL . Through the ecu tek app i see that the ecu voltage sits at 11.2 Volts to 11.8. However while idling the idle will stutter then the ecu voltage jumps from 9v to 16v. after revving the car to 4k RPM and above it will stall. then the codes will appear.I also noticed through the ecu tek app in the OBD2 Readiness tool in the Current drive section the 02 Heater sensor goes in and out. Also Can Comm code for enginer and ABS. I was wondering if anyone went through a similar issue or had any advice.
-IPDM Module replaced
-Crankshaft Position Sensor Replaced
-Alternator replaced
