Fan stays on all the time

Is anyone else having this problem? My fan stays on all the time (even when the engine is cold). As long as the engine is running, the fan is on. It takes forever for the engine to warm up. What's the most likely cause? Faulty thermostat or fan control module? Other causes?? Thanks in advance.

I’d definitely do the fan control module. Fairly common issue on these cars. My dads 3.7 q50 just had the same issue. it’s a 5 min job.
