Default Car won't start after driving today

Took the car out to run errands stopped once no issues continued driving... got to a main road and goosed it way to much for 38deg weather traction control kicked in hard came to a stop light idled normal when I took off it was very hesitant and did not want to accelerate like normal at all. Seemed like the engine was cutting power like traction control but under normal mild acceleration. I thought I would stop turn the car off let it sit about 30 seconds. Car turned over but will not start. Tried it about 8 times or so. Had to push it about 200 yards home.
Any thoughts?
Car is extremely modified and I don't even know where to begin. Has ecutek flex fuel running about 20%E at the moment. Dual fuel pumps return system front fuel pressure Guage, JMS fuelmax, 1300 injectors.

Went out this AM after letting it sit turned to acc power heard the pump prime but sounded slightly different fuel psi went to 42. Got back in and it started! Idled for a good min so I turned it off. Friend of mine wanted to see the fuel pressure while running and under some reving so set up the camera and of course dosnt start fuel pressure fell quick.

Well you found your problem. It's a fuel pump problem. Wiring or pump itself.

Ok so I'm at a loss. Got around to testing volts I'm not getting power after the relay that goes to the jms powermax then fuel pumps. Took the relay out and gets power inside the relay. Did both the click test applying power to 85 and 86 pins, check. Tested ohms 78.1 check.... so why no voltage after the relay?

Check the power out to the pumps after the relay. If you have no voltage then the relay is bad. Replace it.

And I don't get power after the relay. But the relay checks out fine. The other issue is that I can't find that relay anywhere. I don't know if it matters as long as it's a 4 point. On the top it says:

As long as it can support 20amps and is a double pole, single throw it should work fine.

Fuel pump signal 12v power is getting cut 1 sec or less and is not letting the pumps prime anyone know what would cause that to happen? That's controlled by the computer/ecutek right?

The ECU controls the first pump. I am not sure how your 2nd pump is setup. Hobbs switch, etc.

Since there is a single relay I believe that means both pumps are running all the time not staged.. not sure why they did it that way, not ideal, but it is what it is as this is how to got the car, im also going to visually verify dual pumps as all im going off is what I was told when I bought the car. So the signal is still getting cut by presumably the ecu. Why now? after tc kicked in very hard i have no idea. Only thing I can do is seek knowledge from others. I'm going to email Eugene Turkov as he helped me analyzing logs in the past. Unfortunately I can't log and don't have any logs about this issue just what I've discovered troubleshooting.

The only thing in the invoices i have from Titan Motorsports is 4 years ago *customer states engine light came on and vehicle will not start. Car currently in limp/safety mode. Scan and log car. Inspect fuel system from fuel injectors back to fuel pump. Prognosis: found car wad not getting fuel due to shorted out wire/connectors and bad fuel pump.
2hrs labor to replace bad fuel pump and fuel pump sock
2 labor replace shorted fuel pump wiring and connector

I tested 12v to the fuel pump connector at the top hat and there's power, still no priming of the pump. Pulled it out and it looks like **** not something from a top of the game company...

Ok so single pump walbro 450 tested the pump which I can't get to turn supplying battery power direct. I thought that pump would not support e85 600+whp?

If the pump is dead after 4 years of operation and was replaced due to shorted wire/conector in Jan 2020 seems like something doesn't add up or its not sufficient for this car.

Solved...
Well I could really use some help here. I put in a new walbro 450, CJM top hat wired it all up cleaned the fuel level sensor for grins and still nothing no priming no starting. Nothing makes sense because of the old pump didn't turn with battery power and the new one acts the same when it's all put together... I don't know what to do

Does anyone know if the signal wire telling the relay to switch has constant voltage when in RUN or does it come on briefly to signal the pumps and turn off?
