PNP Sensor install help!

Hey all, I'm swapping transmissions in my 370 and i removed the park neutral position sensor from my old transmission and the plunger fell out with it. It has one flat end and one round end and im not sure which way it's supposed to go in... :confused: Anyone know?

Nissan has a service manual that leaves no question unanswered (when it comes to anything standard on the car as it left the factory). They are hosted for free :D
