Was about to work on my trans and noticed i dont have this black line. I cant find this female to female black line.

That looks like part of the stock hydraulic system. If you bought your car used, it's possible a previous owner put in an aftermarket slave cylinder setup for the clutch system (which you should thank them for) and abandoned that part of the line. Follow the clutch line (one wrapped in the silver heat shielding) to the transmission. It might pass through an opening into the bell housing instead of connecting to a fitting like you see in that photo.
