Default Car studders at WOT at 3.5k rpms

Hello my fellow Z friends,

I've recently bought a 370Z with a blown motor and replaced it. When driving the car normal everything is fine.
When I'm in 2nd or 3rd gear and I floor the gas pedal the car starts to studder and choke almost as if traction control is kicking on. This happens at about 3.5k rpms. No CEL. Has anyone had similar issues or could point me in the right direction into where to start? I would much appreciate the help. TIA.

The car has been previously tuned before the engine incident.

Start by checking your plastic fuel pump hat to see if it's broken.

C1107 right front wheel speed signal erratic
C1109 battery voltage out of range
U1002 system CAN communication

C1109 battery voltage out of range.

Start with this issues, could be causing all the other electrical issues. Check the battery condition and clean the terminals and make sure they are making a good connection.
