Vehicle Speed Sensor Code P0500

Hello all! I ran into some trouble with my Z. Recently got new tires and Hayaku axles installed in my 370Z. Coming home the TPMS, Brake light, Key light, and Check engine light came on for code P0500. After doing some research it says that it was a faulty vehicle speed sensor.

Now my question is, could this be the work of the new axles or the tires? My tire specs on stock wheels are 225/50R18 95W in the front and 245/45R18 100W in the rear. From what I know there is a speed sensor for each wheel and one on the driver side axle so I think I will start there when diagnosing the issue! Any info would be greatly appreciated :rofl2:

Why were the axles replaced?

on the driver side axle the boot section near the axle stubs was torn, so I replaced both!
