I kind of like this. There are way too many bikes in my town just revving like they are at the starting line of a MotoGP race. And the **** boxes that just run with out an exhaust, not because they modded it that way, but because their 1990 dodge caravan's exhaust headers just rusted through. If's fucken annoying and it doesn't even need to be that way, because like in our cars simply removing the muffler doesn't really add any performance so you can keep your car, bike, truck at a reasonable volume and still have it sound good.

While I agree California is a clown show, most of our issues come from the fuking idiots that do the intersection takeovers. That's triggered the cops to pull over a lot more modified vehicles. I have no problem getting my car smogged here and I'm not a big fan of loud cars (Tomei equipped Z's come to mind). I'd prefer not to move away from California if I can help it (I can drive my car year round in beautiful weather), we just need to get more people to vote differently. Maryland appears to have pretty stringent smog laws and is controlled by Democrats too. Wouldn't surprise me to see them follow in California's footsteps.
