Problem, need advice

I’m not sure where this post belongs, so mods feel free to move it if it fits better in another section.

Recently I had my 2016 370Z Nismo up on Jack stands for several weeks while I had the front bumper off to remove the headlights to send them to be modified, then reinstalled the modified headlights (halo’s upgraded bulbs, new lenses, etc). I also removed the stock front sway and oil pan and replaced them with a Hotchkis bar and a Greddy oil pan. I also swapped the interior lights for led and the front turn signals with LED’s (but have not installed the resistors yet).

All the mods work fine, but as soon as I brought the Z down off the jack stands and started driving her again (she’s normally my daily driver) I noticed several electrical and one mechanical issue.

The mechanical issue is the most concerning. After driving about a mile or two minutes from a cold start, when I engage the clutch I get a loud howling sound coming from the clutch location, it goes away if I take my foot off the pedal, or if the Z comes to a complete stop? I had a clutch that I bought off a forum member here installed about a year ago when I had the CSC replaced preemptively.

In addition to this noise several electrical issues started at the same time. No sound from the radio from any source (radio, satellite radio, cd, aux) clock on the three dash gauges shows 1:01, when I reset it and then shut the car down, when I return and start the car it’s back to 1:01, the speedometer and tachometer indicator needle backlighting is off, so they are dark, not red, air conditioning/heat settings aren’t remembered after I shut off car and restart, garage door opening button on rear view mirror forgot the garage door code.

What could these be caused by, and could the electrical issues possibly be causing the mechanical? I don’t thing so, but figured I’d ask. The rev matching still works with no noticeable issues.

Thanks.

The noise from the clutch sounds like a throw bearing going bad.

Car could have been up in the air long enough to degrade the battery enough that it can't properly hold a charge. I'd say grab a trickle charger and let it sit over a weekend, prope the battery to see actual voltage, or just hotswap it if you can.

Guessing the only way to check that is to put her on a lift and open her up?
