JUN cams lifters and springs

Looking at installing a set of JUN 288 cams.

I saw the Jim Wolf C1 and C2 cams come with upgraded, stiffer valve springs to compliment the more aggressive cams.

I was wondering if JUN offered a similar upgrade.

Or if anybody has installed the JUN cams and has any recommendations on what set of springs I should run or if an upgraded set is necessary.

Many thanks
-James

Good luck. I wish the Jun cams picked up support here. C2 cams out contact jim wolf to see if you get a custom set built

Heard the stock springs do ok…. But I think the JUNs are pretty aggressive and would wear those springs pretty quick. Just want to put in the best stuff while I’m in there

I would think the JUNs would make more power than JWTs C2s. It’s hard to find apples to apples numbers….
Already had the C1s and wasn’t too happy with how they wore so I’m thinking about changing up

I would need to see the pictures. Some wear is normal on the top of the lobe. Nobody has ever reported any wear issues on JWT exhaust cams.

That’s like saying this intake will make more power then this intake, if they do make more power where is it in the powerband? Is your motor stock, high compression NA, or boosted? What type of headers are you going to run, something cheap like isr, or proven ones like ppe? You’re just V making it hard for yourself for no reason but to be different. With customer service almost non existent in North America for the Jun cams get ready to open your pocket to start figuring things out.
