Are you able to tell me when did you buy the OSG, and what is the part number for it?

There seems to be a heap of different versions/part numbers for the OSG diff for 370Z.

If I order one, there is a 3-4 month wait from local OSG Dealers here in Australia. But RHD Japan website:

https://www.rhdjapan.com/os-giken-su...3-z34-v35.html

says they have one in stock, but from their product page it looks totally different and has a different part no. than the current on the OSG official page:

I've had a Quaife in my car since 2011 and do not have a problem with it, apart from whenever the car lifts a rear wheel (only on the track and with the shocks at full stiff) at Winton racetrack when it reverts to an open diff and single wheels - noted "feature" of a Quaife diff.

My race car had a spool for 20 years and that was brilliant for drive but creates a heap of push (understeer) on turn-in and you need to use the throttle to power steer it which can be a bit freaky (heading for the outside of the corner and you need to add power to get the rear to slide and tighten the corner!).

I now have a KAAZ 2-way in my race car and it has brilliant turn and hitting the gas at the apex it just squats and goes.

For those who are saying they get fish-tailing with a Quaife, think about your rear alignment - are you getting fish-tailing from the diff or is the car steering from the rear (because of alignment OR stuffed suspension or diff bushes?)

I'm not saying don;t change the diff, but before dropping 2 or 2.5 large on a diff change, make sure you understand what is happening and why
