P0021 P0300 Never ending problem...
Hello all,
Last year, I blew my 2014 motor up (forced induction, failed injector, boom). I found a 2011 longblock used. I replaced the motor and initially had a crank no start issue (posted previously about this). Pulled the timing cover off to reveal the cam sprocket was damaged/shifted out of position. Replaced that, the car now starts no problem. However, I am throwing a P0021 bank 2 timing over advanced and P0300 multi misfire. I've replaced : - Both cam sprockets - Gallery Gaskets - Cam POS Sensors - Cam Solenoids - Crank Sensors - MAF Sensors I've ensured timing is set correctly per FSM. Engine oil pressure is good. At idle, car sounds to be running smooth, no excessive mechanical noises. Has anyone else ran into a never ending situation with these codes? Car is in limp mode and now I've gone a car season without driving |
