Gaskets were blown as expected. I was too busy to make it to the shop for pics though. Timing chains were nice and tight but it was open anyway so

Gaskets were blown as expected. I was too busy to make it to the shop for pics though. Timing chains were nice and tight but it was open anyway so I had them pull rocker covers and plenum to do all 3, bringing my labor cost from 1700 to 2400. Should be done tomorrow.
Edit: mechanic took a pic and part of the bigger gasket was broken and you could see the brown marks where it was seeping through. Last edited by Ben370; 11-11-2021 at 04:56 PM. |
