P 1815 :CIR/CNT MODE MAN nissan 370z

Good evening

For two days I have had a problem on my 370z no more lights on the dashboard, the pressure gauges, I put the suitcase: P 1815: CIR / CNT MODE MAN nissan 370z the car starts the headlights the brakes the flashing lights works on the other hand the battery is discharged in a few minutes 13.8 to 9v no more reversing lights everything else works perfectly and the engine turns nickel
Ideas ? I'm sorry I don't speak English the translation (GOOGLE) Thank you in advance for the help

Thank you so much ,
I had seen it, but I think my problem comes from the 10.7 volt alternator on the battery and it is not recharging from where the problem may be P1815 the alternator is sending current to the can ??
