Default Is something wrong with this car?

I had this car for about 2 year now, no real issues. When I first got it, had the car compression tested, all cylinders 205, cylinder 1 185. Then dyno'd on a hub.

The second is when I dyno'd on a roller. Even with STD 5 smoothing you can literally see the steps of my boost controller. (HKS EVC VI) I'm not the first owner, this was tuned on probably the first revisions of UpRev. The AFR was locked solid at 11.6. Why is it so jagged?
