MAF Sensor screw ripped

Any idea’s on how to get this MAF sensor screw out? Tap and die?

Center punch in middle of screw, then left hand cobalt bit...small extractor.
Take your time; as you’ll need to clean up threads afterwards with a rethreader or tapp
