car does not start
 

i got the steering wheel mo dual box that replaces the one on the steering wheel lock.
i plugged it into the jack and the car till has no spark and will not start
i just put it in under the dash. ( part #48708- 9N00A )
does it have to be grounded for it to work ?
i checked the codes and got BCM DTC, 2607
Ipdm, B2109
ive checked and the car has no spark at the plugs

I have the pasenger seat out of the car and got the air bag codes
i take the seat out at the track when i race it. No problems starting
ive also pulled the 10 amp fuse on the steering wheel lock
do i have to put it back in ?

Had the car towed to the dealers
it has a cracked fly wheel and a damaged crank sensor
i ordered a performance flex wheel and ir should be here by jan 5.
