Numbers matching

Is the Z trans (manual) numbers matched to the engine (probably not)? If not, are there numbers on it that would show the date it was manufactured?

You may be able to get an approximate date by looking at the revision of the part number. Not sure how you would find out the dates a particular revision was used.

He's helping Jar mix and match the parts he has stockpiled in his garage.

It's a secret. Just kidding. The trans out of my 2017 was in storage with a few other's. I picked up what I think is mine, I was looking for a way to verify it. Considering it only had 3000 miles on it, I'd like to have mine back.

There should be a VIN plate on both engine and trans
