Is it a issue if the oil pan is being vented to atmosphere from that line? I did find and have ordered a replacement evap line that was in the

Is it a issue if the oil pan is being vented to atmosphere from that line?
I did find and have ordered a replacement evap line that was in the back of the motor near the exhaust that was melted, have capped it for now.
