Weird electrical fault

Ok so I just replaced my engine mounts with Z1 mounts and now I have some very strange electrical issue and the car won't start. It's a 2014 Australian 370z.

Default Weird electrical fault

Ok so I just replaced my engine mounts with Z1 mounts and now I have some very strange electrical issue and the car won't start.

It's a 2014 Australian 370z.

Most of the electrics won't work. Windows don't work (unable to shut the doors properly because the window is fully up), seats don't work, headlights won't come on, but dash will beep to let me know I have left the lights on. Key fob doesn't do anything.

Brake lights work. Battery is only 6 months old and tests fine.

I have tried bashing the steering lock and have removed it and pressed down on the switch manually. Nothing, won't start.

I have visually inspected all the fuses in all 3 fuse boxes and they all look fine.

Any idea what I can try next?
