I need a shop in so cal, San Diego. Motorswap

Long story short but the car stopped running after some metal on metal grinding sound. It does not crank over and the starter doesnt even make any noise. Last mod was a zspeed clutch and flywheel setup. It was done by a shop here in san marcos. Took it back to them and they say they dont even want to open it up to get involved with a swap I that's the deal.

So, with that being said, I need a real shop that can diagnose or perform a motor swap or rebuild. Which ever is least expensive. Car is stock besides the flywheel, clutch, and cdc.
