Stuck electrical connector on valve cover
I need some help removing the yellow connector in the picture below. The connector is mounted to the valve cover which I'm trying to remove. To make things worst the connector is in the corner that doesn't give me room to pull. The wiring on the tabbed connector has no slack and the mating connector is mounted to the valve cover.
To remove the connector, I have to press on the tab and then pull out the connector? Is there a tool or technique that can help? I already tried lubing the connector with wd40. Last edited by david90; 08-01-2020 at 09:15 PM. |

I've found these are helpful for pulling recalcitrant connectors. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk |
