Default HELP! z will not run after tb clean

ok! back story. I changed out plugs and cleaned my TBs, I did manipulate the flanges of the TBs but only a little and I did not disconnect the Tbs at all. I did the idle air learn procedure after and it idles fine. Now the problem. under load or at a stop if I rev the engine too hard or rpms too high its like the motor goes into some kind of mode. the idle bounces between 1000-1100 rpm with no throttle response at all, also the vdc off light and traction light constantly displays when this happens. If I do the idle air re learn it will go back to idling normally and responsive until I do the same thing and will go back into this same mode. MAFs are clean and plugs are new and gapped correctly. HELP!

here is a link to my video of the care rev under this situation

Unplug and re-plug in the Throttle bodies and see what happens. Both sides with the car shut off.
