Noise while accelerating

I have a noise issue. Only when i hit the throttle hard the noise comes. Doesn't do it while parked and revving. If i accelerate smoothly there is no noise. Only when i jam the gas and its coming from the engine bay or under the seat area.

It sounds like a combination of hissing/air leaking/rasp/metal in a can. It kind of sounds like a clogged cat but i have test pipes, Gen3 intakes and a CBE.

There appears to be no leaks or any metal heat shields hitting the exhaust. Everything is nice and tight.

Is it just the sound VQs make when they have test pipes and intakes?

make sure you don't have a snake in a can within your engine bay.

My old test pipes used to rattle on cold starts so I got rid of them because it sounded awful. The hissing and rasp is normal, however.
