Weird loud clicking sound while car is in movement, what could it be ?

So today out of nowhere my 2018 nismo with 12,000miles is making a sound as if something is stuck under the right side of the car and is continuously bouncing and causing a clicking like sound. I have attached a video, if I had to guess it was coming from the bottom right of the car near the wheels because I cannot hear it out the left. It never made this sound before until today and the car is still basically new, it’s not the engine. Any advice would be great before I have to take it to the dealership ): |
