Coolant water outlet pipe leak

Okay, so on Friday my cars coolant temp started to climb and bounce around, so I pulled over and checked the coolant level, and it was empty (it was pouring out the bottom of my car). So I had it towed to my house where I started investigating. I traced it to the top of my engine, but because I couldn't see it, I started taking the manifolds off. After removing both manifolds, I was able to see the coolant water outlet pipe. I filled the pipe with water and saw a solid stream of water. When I took it off I saw a wrinkle in the pipe where the leak was. Has anyone else had any issues with this pipe? Could this be a manufacturers defect?

Out of curiosity, what year is your Z, how many miles do you have on it and has the cooling system been modified at all?

I didn't see any other threads about "water outlet" on this site on the first page of the search results. You may want to dig a little deeper and/or refine the search terms.

Its a 2014, 41k miles on it, and the cooling system isn't modified, but it has a TT kit on it. the tune is conservative and I don't get on it a lot. I haven't done any mods since 2016.

Could be a thin spot in the wall that is letting go.
