South bend billet flywheel?

Is anybody using the south bend dxd black billet flywheel? I feel like this flywheel looks to smooth and the clutch disk will have a hard time grabbing it. And yes I cleaned off the oil on it. Just wondering was I so pose to have it machined or something before installing it?
