21.3 inches with the pinch weld blocks on top of the short urethane blocks. Fully collapsed they're 3 inches tall so you should be able to store them under the Z.

Costco/Home Depot regularly have sales, I bought mine from Costco for 900ish. Honestly the best $900 I've ever spent.

Man, that floor is like my second bed. The concrete does wonders for my back, too.

So something like the coolworx shifter is just out of my budget. But the zspeed is as long as no one tells the mrs I didn't need it

Got the trans out from under the car and cleaned up over the weekend. rjm pedal should be here today. I have 1 more question off to Joe. Once I hear back from him the order will be placed. With any luck it should be off the stands in 2-3 weeks

I've had the Z1 kit for several years now. It is an annoyance (though easy) to adjust and it's not made with quality parts. I've had to replace the cylinder about every 12-15K miles (over 50K miles on the kit). I thought I might be doing something wrong, but I still experienced the same failure rate even after having Austin Z Clinic replace it for me.
I have the Z1 as well. How do you even go about adjusting it? I have no idea. . .

So here is the final shopping list for those interested. I did forget 1 thing, a new shift knob. Thinking about starting a new thread next to the what oil should i use to figure that one out

Zspeed stage 3 super street clutch, Cmak, oem cmc, ect

rjm v3.3 pedal

Torque Solutions Trans Mount

Zspeed Short Throw Shifter

New bolts, Motul fluids all around, all the hot stuff is getting wrapped to keep the hot in and the cold stuff double wrapped to keep the hot out.

fingers crossed in 3 weeks I'm looking to plan a break in road trip

I'm too old to wrestle it out without one. It's a little janky but it's getting the job done.

Me too. Used to lay on my back and press cast iron case BW T10's and Hemi 4 speeds into place. That ain't happening anymore. The aluminum case Super T10's and the M21 and M22's wasn't bad.
