Who makes the manual transmission

Quick question. I couldn't find a definitive answer, but can someone tell me who makes the manual transmission on the 370z. All I could find was that it's coded as FS6R31A. I know the Auto is made by Jatco, do they also make the manual? Thanks for any info.

Is it not Nissan? Jatco is owned by Nissan.

Is it made by Jatco too? Jatco stands for Japan Automatic Transmission Company, so I assumed that the manual Trans was made by another supplier. I always hear about Jatco CVTs, but I wasn't sure if Nissan outsourced it to another company or not.
