Before you do it. Take a syringe to suck out the reservoir. Then use a paper towel it wipe it clean. Be surprise at the junk on the towel after you it do. Then refill with fresh fluid. Now do your flush.

OP, I also have the oem stock setup and also started a thread about this, as I got paranoid before. I’ve gotten mixed responses and I just stopped worrying about it. I have a ‘13 with approx 33k miles, and do both light and spirited driving, and no issues. I also had an ‘07 350Z which apparently also were prone to the same csc clutch issue, but mine didn’t (bought her with 16k miles and traded at 81k miles).

It's on you. Lady luck is fickle. Sometimes she loves me sometimes she doesn't. The thing with Lady Luck is that if you prepare for her tantrums, they aren't bad. Basically, get it swapped now. I have the Z1 CSC deletion kit, needs adjusting, the Zspeed one does not.

With the Genuine Nissan CSC issue it’s more of a question of when the Genuine Nissan CSC will fail. I am the record holder here I have replaced four Genuine Nissan CSC’s before finally installing the Z Speed Performance CMAK Kit and I am happy I did. Clutch and flywheel replacement will get expensive over time. Also over time the fluid can make it’s way into the cabin of your Z ruining your interior carpet. I hope you have AAA or a towing service to help you when your Z is left stranded in the middle of no where from the dreaded CSC failure good luck.

how much time does it take to empty the clutch fluid reservoir?
do you need to initiate it by pumping the clutch pedal or just loosen the drain valve and let the fluid out? Quote:

I bought my 2015 370Z Sport new and drove it like I stole it since day one. I'm already into my mid-forties and the foot is just as heavy as when I was in my teens and twenties.
The sweet scent of clutch fluid began permeating into the cabin at about 2 years into ownership. I began having to replenish the clutch master cylinder reservoir frequently at around 25k miles (3 years into ownership). I converted (before complete CSC failure) over to the CMAK system and replaced the whole clutch assembly with a Z-Speed Performance Stage 2 Clutch Kit at 28k miles. No auto shop in town wanted to perform the conversion (citing liability issues)...so I ended up doing the work myself in 4 phases. I currently have around 2.5k miles experience with this setup and absolutely love it. |

You live and you learn. Regardless both are great, Z speed tops it due to the auto adjust. |
