Bank 2 O2 Sensor clip location

Anyone have any good pics of this sensors clip location, Driver side - I know its kinda behind the engine block I think...

I can see the wire going up from the Sensor in the header but cant see the actual end of it or clip lol. Any good tips on accessing it? Should I try remove some stuff to get to it?

So I found it lol

But I cannot get the damn Male end out. Do I push the little clip Down or up, I cant remember. Ive tried both but its not coming out. DOesnt help that there is zero room for leverage but I dont want to break the female connector end....
