Appreciate the advice but I have no idea how to get myself down there to adjust that bit! I was able to stick my head in the foot well by playing origami but i don't have any way to get my hands down there to adjust anything.

I'm headed to the stealership tomorrow and am going to hope for the best.

I still really don't see how it could be that switch though. It was never adjusted, and i did put my finger between it and the rubber stopper. TONS of pressure, so much it was painful to my thumb. and i had to use my head to move the clutch if that gives you an idea of how little room i have.

Hopefully SW Nissan in TX can figure it out.
