Default Help! How do you remove the SRS module connector

Posting this here because it is a more technical question. One of the biggest problems I have working on my 370z is the figuring out how to disconnect the plug connectors. Guess I am not very bright, but it appears to be no standard way and each connector is like a Chinese puzzle.

Anyway...……… this! Main SRS behind the console.

There is an easy way to disconnect, I just don't know it and it doesn't seem to stand out. Push, or pull? What?
