Engine won't turn over, car beeping

Hey All, this is actually a 350Z question but I was hoping someone who has also owned a 350 might be able to help me (don't worry the 370 is fine lol). I tried starting my 350z yesterday and it doesn't turn over whatsoever, after the key turns back the car beeps 3 times, and then all the interior lights start flickering. Any ideas on what to do or what is happening?

Sounds like a battery is completely shot

The meaning of the beeps should be in the Owner's Manual. If you don't have one, check Nissan's web site for a PDF.

Sounds like a power problem. Check the battery and clean the posts.
