Default New Engine, New clutch.... New problems -.- Help

guys im completely lost on this one:
got a used engine for my z, from a g37, changed the top manifold just incase they were different but the engine is flawless, i got the southbend stage 4 street kit, and at first it was okay, i baby'd the car, had rev match on and everything. long story short im at 1000 miles, changed the oil and started to drive my car how i usually do
HERES MY ISSUE:
when im at a light and i want to launch, EVEN WITH VDC OFF, sometimes the car barley revs up, its as if the stop light fuse is limiting me as if i were holding the breaks and hitting the gas but i checked in my rear view on traffic cones and the brake lights dont come on?
so my issue is that i have barely any power when i punch it, and whats even odder, i remember my car picking up A LOT faster, sometimes i feel my car how it was before, and sometimes the car kinda lags as if i had a turbo. ALSO when i have the car in gear, in first, and rev it high, the car inches forward and i can tell im burning the clutch because of the smell, but i bled the CMAK cnc eliminator kit 2 times... i dont no what im doing wrong!?! the only thing i can possibly think of :
bad crank shaft position sensor.
battery terminal is shaking around when im punching it because its not tied down
CMAK cnc eliminator kit is bad or i have to bleed it again for the 500th time

I would remove tranny to see whats hapening with the clutch. Maybe its slipping.
Also stage 4 cluth on OEM master cylinder hmmm that would wear out fast.

Symptoms don't describe slipping, they describe a clutch that is not fully disengaging.

An adjuster is loose, the slave cylinder itself is loose or there is air in the system.

Pull trans and measure everything is the next activity

Sounds like an old problem,
Loss in acceleration + throttle response ??

Our car has little torque at low RPM, when you want to launch you need to be at around 2.5-2.7k RPM or so. Do you still bog down when launching at that RPM?

So to put it in perspective when you put your z in first gear, and let it slow down by itself and the car starts to roll at 1500 rpm, and you punch it, does ur car not go anywhere like the break lamp switch is on until you hit 3000 rpm? Mine does and thats not right lol, never had that problem befor

the factory tune set 14.7afr all the way up to 3200rpm, after that it dips in to 13-->11afr@wot where the power comes in, So this means up to 3.2krpm u have no power, but can save a lot on gas

I do understand that youll have less power down low, but sometimes my car will completely lag, kinda like the brake switch issues, but the brake light issue isnt an issue for my car, and other days it will act normal, like it happends half the time i drive the car, its not really an everytime i start in 1st problem, and befor i got the new engine and clutch it never had that issue, plus i switched to a 19 lb fw
