Ok so there was metallic found this time, they didn’t find it the other week just from looking at it briefly. The sound is coming from the bottom of the engine. So I guess my oil pump hasn’t been the best, now who knows what the damage is inside the motor.
Found an engine with less miles for 1500. Going to hurt. Lesson learned, these engines need oil pressure gauges. I could have caught the blown oil gallery gaskets before serious damage was done. At least I got the oil pressure gauge in now, my pockets hurt could have used that money on suspension or something but hopefully this story pushes other to get an oil pressure gauge. Thanks for all of y’all help through this |
