From my experience as an Instrument Tech, that sounds like the sensor is the wrong range (looks like your sensor maxes out at 1 psi) and/or the ECM hasn't been re-scaled (not sure that it can be re-scaled).

the OEM sensor only reads vacuum IIRC... though you might be right about the rescaling for those who have gone speed density and have upgraded their MAPs to read positive pressure.
