5th gear "crunching" with shift

I just got word back from the dealership yesterday. They want me to "monitor" it, and if it gets worse bring it back in to them for investigation. They said

I just got word back from the dealership yesterday. They want me

They said Nissan is not aware of any known issues with the 370 transmission
at this time. I've got 10k miles on the car, so this should be ok.

AndyZ, how did you get Nissan to take care of the situation? Was
the problem just like mine?
