GTM is no longer. Sounds like you are in trouble. The only thing you could do is contact RJM to see what they use for their GTR manifold conversion. If they use stock 370z rails then maybe the CJ Motorsports rails would work.

get a super short stainles m6 set screw, pick up a can of gas-ga-cinch, clean the rail with acetone, put the sealer on the screw and run it down into the bottom of the mount hole then use a shorter bolt. -ex gtm employee (never seen that one before though looks like its leaking from the internal thread out the mounting bolt)

other option is to have a shop tig it from the inside and run a shorter end fitting so it doesnt hit the weld
