Default Motor swap - AT in MT car?

My motor was ruined by incompetent parts pro, so I need a new one. Was wondering if I'd be able to throw a motor in from an AT 370z and just replace the flex plate/harness or if there is more to it than that. Anyone done this before?

Yes, all you need is to replace the AT pilot bushing with the MT pilot bushing. Should work fine, I've done this before on the DE models.
